You don’t need a logo. You don’t need a website. You don’t need a 10-step plan.
You just need to have the answer to 3 questions.
Your clarity, your calling, and your confidence start right here.
Whether you're called to life coaching, ministry, mentoring, content creation, or purpose-driven business…
everything God has assigned to your hands begins with 3 questions:
This is purpose. This is impact.
These three questions hold more weight than any brand color, website, or content plan ever will. Because when you can answer them clearly, you’re not just inspired — you’re activated.
• Who am I called to help?
This is about identifying the people you’re uniquely called to serve. Think of it as finding your audience, your assignment, your person. These are the souls who will see themselves in your story, who will feel seen and safe when you speak.
• Who were you before you started healing?
• Who do you see a reflection of your past self in?
• Who would have needed your story 5 or 10 years ago?
• Whose pain feels personal to you, even if it’s not your own?
• Who do you cry for, pray for, or feel burdened to see free?
• When you hear someone’s story, what kind of person makes you say, “I get it — that was me”?
• Who do you feel most passionate about helping grow?
• Who are you most patient with because you know their pain firsthand?
• What group of people are often overlooked or misunderstood — but you understand them deeply?
• Who’s stuck in cycles you’ve already broken?
• Who is living under generational patterns you’ve walked out of?
• Who’s trying to be strong for everyone else but secretly falling apart?
🔑 BONUS TIP: The person you’re called to help often…
✨️ Feels forgotten
✨️Is doing life on auto-pilot
✨️ Feels like healing is too far out of reach
✨️ Is holding guilt, grief, or generational pain
✨️ Wants to heal but doesn’t know where to start
• What am I helping them with?
“What breaks your heart…?”
This gets to the burden — the specific pain, pattern, or struggle that you feel deeply called to address. That’s the problem or pain point you're helping others with.
What frustrates you because you know it can be different?”
This speaks to your vision for change — again, pointing to what you’re helping solve or shift in others' lives.
“The thing that burdens you is often tied to the thing you were born to change.”
This ties into your personal experience with the problem, highlighting the issue you’ve been through and are now called to help others through.
“Purpose lives in the places you once tried to escape.”
This again touches on your past pain becoming the purposeful area you're helping others with — it reveals the 'what' of your calling.
“Healing isn’t just for you — it’s for the assignment attached to your life.”
This hints at the bigger picture of transformation — what you’ve overcome is now something you're called to help others with.
• How will I help them get free?
This is all about your method, your approach, and the way you bring healing, hope, or transformation to the people you’re called to serve.
It answers:
👉 What’s your process?
👉 What tools, teachings, or experiences are you using?
👉 How do you walk with them from brokenness to breakthrough?
These three questions aren’t just good for branding or goal-setting — they’re your foundation. Because without clarity, purpose gets buried under pressure. And without direction, you’ll find yourself building something God never asked you to carry.
